Complimentary delivery
PINROBE offers complimentary delivery on all orders and secure express delivery methods with DHL.
Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped. Please refer to the time estimation for your delivery method at checkout, as this differs per country.
Returns
We offer complimentary returns for orders from the EU, UK, and US within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
For international orders outside the EU, UK, and US, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure you use a trackable service.
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of arriving at our facility. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method shortly after.
We sincerely apologize for any oversight. Please contact our client service team immediately with your order number and photos of the item, and we will rectify it right away.
Once you generate a return label, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey back to us.
